Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access other guests' accounts, or scrape or copy content without permission. Menu items, prices, availability, and hours may change, and weekend smokehouse items are limited and may sell out.

Online orders are for pickup unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; totals shown at checkout include applicable tax and any tip you select. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if we cannot verify the order. See our Online Order Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Rewards points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or forfeited in cases of error, abuse, or account closure.

When you submit photos, videos, reviews, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant Brown Sugar & Bananas permission to display it on this website and in related materials. We may decline or remove any submission.
