We collect only what our website features need:

• Online orders: name, contact details, order contents, and pickup details.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Customer accounts and rewards: email, sign-in credentials, points, and activity.
• Reservations and waitlist: name, phone, party size, and requested time.
• Catering, private event, contact, and employment forms: the details you submit.
• Email marketing and optional SMS marketing: email address and, if you provide it, mobile number.
• The Experience™: photos, videos, captions, reviews, and ratings you choose to submit.
• Basic technical data such as device, browser, and pages viewed, used to keep the site working.

To prepare and fulfill orders, process payments, manage reservations and the waitlist, run our rewards program, respond to catering, event, employment, and general inquiries, send messages you asked for, moderate guest submissions, and protect the site against fraud and abuse.

We share information only with providers who help us operate this site — for example our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and, when you opt in, our text message provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Promotional text messages are optional and require your separate consent; reply STOP to any promotional text to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not affect order, reservation, or waitlist messages you request.

Content you submit through The Experience™ — including photos, videos, reviews, and your display name — is reviewed before publication and may be shown on this website. Do not submit content you do not have permission to share.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by emailing info@brownsugarbananas.com. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. This site is not intended for children under 13.
